Listening Part B Question 2 b Il vient de trouver/ s’incrire sur un site pour réserver les repas chez les gens (1) qui lui semblent intéressants (2). De plus, ils offrent de bons plats français (3) à bas prix (4). D’ailleurs ces rencontres lui donneront la possibilité de rencontrer des gens (5) et peut être trouver du travail (6)
Listening Part B Answers Question 2 c. Les gens ouvrent leurs maisons aux voyageurs et offrent un lit ou une chambre dans un esprit d’ouverture et pour gagner un peu d’argent, et le prix est toujours plus intéressant qu’un hôtel.
Airb’n’b est similaire dans le sens où les deux sites mettent les voyageurs en contact avec les individus/personnes qui ouvrent leur maison aux voyageurs, soit pour une chambre, soit pour un repas Airb’n’b trouve des chambres pas chères pour les voyageurs tandis que ce site trouve des repas chers pour les voyageurs.

Answer Text 4 Il est évident que les Jeunes Ecologistes ont sûrement été motivés à écrire cette lettre non seulement à cause du manque de consultation, mais aussi parce que les pauvres ne vont pas bénéficier des Jeux Olympiques. De plus avec cette décision, ils s‘attendent à une augmentation des prix qui va rendre la vie encore plus difficile. Selon les Jeunes Ecologistes, la décision a été prise trop vite et d‘ailleurs ils pensent que le maire a agi sous la pression des multinationales. Ils ont également peur d’un saccage écologique.

Writing in French Choose your question carefully Don’t just go for the shortest question. Complicated looking topics are often really structured, and thus easy to plan for. Make sure you can master all the elements required by the content, the kind of writing AND the text type.
Writing in French Make sure you know whether you need to be subjective or objective [persuasive vs informative] If you can’t work out what style/text type the question requires choose another question.
