Science courses at WHRHS are based on the Next Generation of Science Standards (NGSS)

Science courses at WHRHS are based on the Next Generation of Science Standards (NGSS) which allow for teachers to develop a curricular framework that is not only rich in content but also in the practice of science. To this end, teachers are involved in creating a dynamic curriculum via a team based approach rather than an individual approach. This team based approach allows for teaching a broader collaborative process and this sharing of ideas and lab resources expands opportunities for all students. Watchung Hills Regional High School
