The project is on the west side of Summerhill and will start at the bottom of Tuscany at Canyon Estates Dr. and will work up in 4 phases to Bella Vista street. • There will be a combination of Mulch and DG (decomposed granite) areas with the same type of plant material as the east side of Summerhill, including: yellow and purple Lantana, Lil Johns, Muhlenbergia Capillaris , Stipa Tenuissima. Acacia Redolens Low Boy, and Xylosmas • All areas will be converted to hard line drip, saving thousands of gallons of water per year • Portions of slope areas will be incorporated where the plant material has been struggling due to water restrictions, disease and surpassed life expectancies • The project started on February 20 th and will be completed by June 30 th • Area 1 -A is approximately 50% complete Please drive safely as Andre Landscape will be closing lanes periodically and have workers in the roadways and parkways.
