BUT FIRST!!!! Single largest discrepancy found during FLPA Audits. Inconsistent 2008 values being brought forward. If 2008 acreage<> current year acreage you CANNOT use the total FMV from 2008 digest. You must calculate 2008 $$$/Acre and create a FL 08 value using the 2008/ac value. If you have a split, it must be recalculated using 2008 $/ac. and applying indexes to bring it up to current indexed value.
