They provide learning targets for students in the area of social emotional learning. – The PA CRS are evidence-based behaviors that improve academic, personal and interpersonal outcomes for all students by promoting social and emotional competency. – Are essential to student learning and daily functioning – Are often called “employability” skills in the employment industry Are divided into three domains • Self-awareness & self-management • Establishing and maintaining relationships • Social problem solving
