CONCLUSION NEW EXTRACTION METHODOLOGY BY SFE, ASE, SONICATION, SPE &MSE WAS SUCCESSFUL FOR MORE THAN 90 PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN FOODS. NEW DETERMIATION METHODOLOGY BY SFC, HPLC& GC WAS SUCCESSFUL FOR 90 PESTICIDE RESID UES IN FOODS. APPLICATION OF NEW METHODOLOGY OBTAINED TO PROTECT THE FOOD CUSTOMERS.
* ELISA techniques coupled with SFE & n MSE is less time consuming, high recovery% and more sensitive with lower detection limit of Pesticide residues. * New techniques very applicable with Foods, Waters, Soils, Air and others.
