Prior to joining the academia, he worked as a marketing executive at freight forwarding company based in Kuala Lumpur. Prior to his current position, he was the Deputy Dean(Academics) Fac ulty of Business Management, UUM. He was given the responsibilities to handle undergraduate related matters such as curriculum and program development, managing the collaboration with artners in offering the undergraduate programs and promotion of undergraduate programs in local and international market. He was also Deputy Director of Center of Entrepreneurial Development which involves in development and training the entrepreneurs under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and other government agencies. His expertise is in marketing related area and his research works have been published in academic journals such as The Malaysian Construction Journal. He has also presented his research works in many local and international conferences. He is currently supervising Masters and Ph.
