Transport Planning Section PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Projects Funded through TEN-T (2007‒ 2013) § Cyprus participated with proposals and secured funding for the following projects (1 of 2): • • 2007 -CY-90402 -S “Master Plan for the Ports of Cyprus” • 2008 -EU-40004 -S “BLUE MED” (pursuing the implementation of a Functional Airspace Block (FAB) in the southeast Mediterranean Area, 2007 -CY-90403 -S “A feasibility study for establishing regular public transport inter-city links and city links with airports, ports and major tourist destinations that will use the Cyprus Motorway Network”. in accordance with the Single European Sky). • Easy. Transport Planning Section PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Projects Funded through TEN-T (2007‒ 2013) § Cyprus participated with proposals and secured funding for the following projects (2 of 2): • 2012 -EU-21019 -S ANNA - Advanced National Networks for Administrations (Port Community System). • 2012 -EU-40004 -P - "ANSPs Interim Deployment Programme Implementation « (Aviation). • 2013 -EU-50003–P Crocodile (data exchange infrastructure, including access points, along the three main EU road corridors, Baltic-Adriatic, Rhine-Danube and Orient/East-Med). • 2012 -EU-18067 -S “LNG Masterplan for Rhine-Main – Danube” (deployment of LNG as an environmentally friendly and efficient fuel in the inland navigation sector). • 2013 -EU-21019 -S Poseidon Med (use of LNG as an efficient and effective solution to the problem of emissions abatement in the Mediterranean). 6
