SBT Route Creation Process Overview: This document describes the process flow of Route Creation in one clink for “Smart Tracking” Solutions. This feature will be available in Circle Based Customer Care Portal. Using this process, CSD Team can configure a route along with its POIs and other details of route like Start Time, End Time, Frequency, Deviation Time, Exception Time, Route Type (School to School or School to Other Location), Applicable ETA Type (Geofence Based Logic, Relative Time Based Logic, Fixed Time Based Logic without Journey Starting Validation) etc. ; Moreover, within this process, Passengers / Student Data will also get uploaded. 38 Confidential
