약물 요법 • Acetaminophen: 1차 선택제 • NSAIDs: 가장 흔히 처방 – Naproxen, Aceclofenac, Meloxicam, Celecoxib • Opioid – Tramadol, Codeine, Oxycodone • Duloxetine • 관절내 주사 – Hyaluronan, Glucocorticoid • 외용제 – Capsaicin cream, NSAID patch or cream • SYSADOAs (Symptomatic slow-acting drugs for OA) – Glucosamine sulfate, Chondroitin sulfate, Diacerein, Avocado-soybeanunsaponifiable (ASU)
