Application Suite This application displays MILSTRIP transaction level information on each FMS requisition submitted to SAMIS. This query displays all relevant data pertained to a NSN. Data is maintained in the system D 043 which interfaces with SAMIS and made available to AFSAC Online. These queries display contracting information relevant to Requisition Number. This query/update capability provide for querying/updating narrative information relevant to a Requisition Number. Information may include reasons why the item is backordered, delayed, etc. 20

This means that at any point in time the foreign customer and the USG employee are looking at and talking about the exact same numbers. 21

TECH Order Index The Technical Order (TO) Catalog System provides FMS customers with index (or summary) information about active and available AF TOs, Time Compliant TOs (TCTOs), Country Standard TOs, and M-Symbol TOs. The TO system is used to help identify TO initial distribution, changes, supplements, revisions, publication dates, distribution dates, TO manager organizations, publication stock numbers, as well as many other useful pieces of information regarding TOs. Use of this system by foreign customers will help ensure continuity of aircraft, weapon system maintenance and safety of flight. Customers can also order TOs online and set up a personal TO profile. 22

Supply Discrepancy Reporting (SDR -A) The Supply Discrepancy Reports Automation Tool (SDRA) offers users the ability to electronically submit SDR claims with attachments, monitor SDR progress, view/print the SF-364 submission, response, attachments and DD Form 1348 -1 A plus obtain the SDR Monthly Status Report via AFSAC Online. The SDRA tool helps eliminate excessive paper flow, reduce processing times and allows better visibility of the user’s SDR program. 24

On-line edits within the Tool will improve the accuracy of the country’s submission, and ultimately reduce the approval cycle time for the LORs. 27
