CONCLUSIONS A) It’s a work that contributed to the UMSA web site through translation. Today it is in three languages. B) It’s a work where students could apply the knowledge obtained along the career. C) In the translation process, it is not enough to know syntax and vocabulary of both the target and the source language; the translator must understand the extra linguistic context of the document. D) The use of the dictionary is limited when the words are defined by their context.

RECOMENDATIONS • Our Department should continue with this kind of projects because it shows

RECOMENDATIONS • Our Department should continue with this kind of projects because it shows the production of its students. • UMSA should create a reviewing and editing department for all documents prior to their publication. • UMSATIC should hire students from Spanish Area in order to do the editing work.
