1. INTRODUCTION The ELEVATE’S Communication and Dissemination Strategy aims to ensure an efficient project take-up providing increased sustainability of its long term outputs and outcomes. The deliverable is produced by Rectors` Council of Moldova, WP 6 leader, involving the coordinator ASEM and then the QAPT (Quality Assurance Project Team), approved by the Strategic Steering Committee The Manual is available on the ELEVATE web-page: www. elevate-project. md
STRUCTURE OF THE DELIVERABLE Chapter 1 introduce the Consortium Members. There you can find the Logo, the Abbreviation and the Website of each partner. Chapter 2 is a short introduction of this Manual. Chapter 3 describes the project details: 3. 1 Strategic objective 3. 2 Specific objectives 3. 3 Total cost of the project 3. 4 Outputs 3. 5 Coordinator contact details
Chapter 4: CONSOLIDATED STRUCTURE OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION STEERING COMMITEE (representatives of all partners) Lead partner's PROJECT COORDINATOR -and other partner's LOCAL COORDINATORS Lead partner's FINANCIAL MANAGER -and other partner's LOCAL FINANCIAL MANAGERS Project's COMMUNICATION MANAGER -and other partner's LOCAL COMMUNICATION MANAGERS Project`s MONITORING officers (EPDRI) and other partners' MONITORING OFFICER
Chapter 5: DISSEMINATION STRATEGY The project will aim at three levels of dissemination: AWARENESS RISING UNDERSTANDING will mainly involve delivering the main message of the project in relation to its aim and objectives (information days, open door days, printed and electronic promotional material - logos, leaflets, posters, roll up, notebooks, folders, pencils, bags etc), web portal; will require providing of more detailed information on the project purposes and methods: electronic and printed brochures, electronic material on web portal, EU good practice reports, thematic workshops, final conference, etc; ACTION/PARTICIPATION involvement in each of these three stages will provide the basis for dissemination for action, where the project outputs will be presented
Chapter 5: DISSEMINATION STRATEGY A sustainable model of dissemination is consisted of following deliverable for different target audiences: Customized trainings offered to the university staff, students, other specialized staff One-to-one interviews (telephone or personal); Mailing lists (ebrochures, eleaflets, e-mails on project progress Project website Deliverables Meetings with policy-makers and key actors for the internationalis ation of HE Printed material (brochures, leaflets, reports, publications, etc); Articles about the project results published in Erasmus+ newsletters
Chapter 6: ELEVATE PROJECT’S AUDIENCE The project's key target groups are: Moldovan academics Moldovan researchers Moldovan students Administrators who are participating or wish to participate in international collaboration

Chapter 10: DISSEMINATION CALENDAR This chapter contains a plan for delivery of major dissemination and training events, which will be updated in accordance with six-month action plans agreed at each Steering Committee meeting. Also, it includes “The individual dissemination calendars” The calendar of the major individual dissemination and communication events in which each ELEVATE partner will participate or organize them, will be represented each project`s year at the Steering Committee meetings, in the following format
