Mi 5 Fitness @ LNHS Dance Studio • We have hired Mi 5 Fitness for a Pre Season Workout Routine • They will provide a Certified Instructor • North High School Dance Studio from 3 -4 pm • 2/27, 3/2, 3/7, 3/9, 3/13, 3/15, 3/20, 3/22 • Attendance will be taken at each Session • Mi 5 will bill each player individually $6/Session • If you pre-paid for Mi 5 Spring Classes that were cancelled. Balance will be transferred to these classes.

If you text/email any of us, it will not be answered for 24 hours. Exception to this would be game injury follow up. • Keep your athlete focused on lacrosse especially during games. • VOLUNTEER: we can’t do this with out YOU!

Lakeville North Trainer • New Trainer at LNHS: Paul Eberts from Institute for Athletic • • Medicine Office Hours are 2: 30 – 5: 30 pm Approved Dr. for Concussion Protocol: Dr Siatta Dunbar @ Fairview Sports & Orthopedic Care On site visits by Dr. Jason Lee from Fairview S&O Care If you do see a Doctor for a sports related injury other than these Doctors, you will need a note given to Paul before you are allowed to return to practice. Physical Therapist will be at LNHS every other Wednesday All athletes will go through IMPACT Testing at no charge If you need a retest during the season they would be $5 Coaches will have weekly meetings with Paul to review injured athletes.

Tryouts & Team Sizes • All interested and academically eligible high school LNHS Students. • Varsity will roster 18 Field Athletes • JV will roster 22 Field Athletes • 8 th Grade Athletes are encouraged to attend Captains and Tryouts. • • We do not want to cut players. But High School Athletes will be given first consideration for roster spots, because 8 th Graders have a Lakeville Association 7/8 Grade Team. All 8 th Graders are encouraged to register for LLA so they have an idea of potential numbers, if you make the Varsity or JV Team LLA Funds will be refunded. Jersey #: TBD Clothing has last name or nickname for ID. JV Practice Times will be from 3 -5 pm on the grass fields Varsity Practice times will be 5: 30 -8 pm on the turf, except on Wednesday’s we will practice with JV on the Grass Remember to Register on LNHS Website for Lacrosse by March 23 rd, can’t tryout if not registered. If you don’t make a team you will be refunded your money.
