1 Cap and Gown Pickup -WHEN: Tuesday, April 30 th during Lunch -WHERE: Cafeteria -This will be the ONLY time to pick up your items -Please do not skip this day 3

2 Counseling Information -The deadline for submitting any out -of-district online courses is May 1 st (email your counselor) -Counselors will be contacting students who have a D or F in a class they need for graduation. 4

3 Scholarship Opportunities -There are still plenty of scholarships that you can apply for! -List of scholarships are on the College & Career Center PLearning page under the ‘Extras’ tab. -Stop by the Career Center if you want more info or have any questions! 5

3 Decision Day -WHEN: Wednesday, May 1 st -Wear your college/military gear! -Stop by the Career Center to take a picture at the free photo booth -If you got accepted into a college that you know you won’t be attending, please let that 6

Prom 4 -WHEN: Saturday, June 8 th from 8: 00 to 11: 00 pm -WHERE: Mo. POP (formerly known as EMP) -Tickets will be on sale late May -Guest passes will be available -THEME: Ground Control to Major Prom (space) -Flip-flops will be sold at the dance -If you are arriving by party bus, there is a group entrance on Harrison Street for drop-offs/pick-ups -Paid parking is available ($15) at the nearby Fifth Avenue N Garage 7

5 Senior Sunset -WHEN: Thursday, June 13 th at 8: 00 pm -WHERE: Football field -Food will be provided 9

6 Baccalaureate -WHEN: Friday, June 14 th at 7 pm -WHERE: RHS Gym -Smaller gathering to celebrate the senior class -Performances from seniors and guest speakers -Audition Dates are May 20 -23 (2: 15 -4: 15) 10

7 Graduation Rehearsal -WHEN: Monday, June 17 th at 7: 30 am -WHERE: RHS Gym -MANDATORY -Please be ON TIME 11

8 Senior Breakfast -WHEN: Monday, June 17 th following Rehearsal -WHERE: RHS Cafeteria -Free breakfast provided by PTSA 12

9 Graduation -WHEN: Monday, June 17 th at 8 pm -WHERE: UW-Alaska Airlines Arena -You will receive guest tickets for your family/friends following the rehearsal -More info to come 13

10 Grad Night -WHEN: Monday, June 17 th following Graduation -Busses will depart at the arena after the ceremony -Bus sign-ups will be in May -Please bring a change of clothes -The event will end at 5: 30 am (June 18 th) and busses will drop you off at RHS. Students cannot drive home afterwards. 14
