PROGRAM GOALS • All student-athletes will more successfully reach their full educational, personal and basketball potential and become positive, contributing members to society as the result of participating in this program • Seniors demonstrate positive servant leadership for the underclassmen and the future of the program • Develop and demonstrate life long skills such as: strong work ethic, discipline, and a team-first attitude • Develop life long friendships & memories • Win a King. Co title, a state basketball title & academic state title

Injuries and GEAR • Concussion Baseline Testing • All injuries please see personal trainer • Student-athletes who visit a doctor for an injury must have written documentation clearing them to play. • Gear – All uniforms, practice gear, warm-ups are to be returned at end of season. (Team jacket does not get returned) • Spirit wear – order online via website link. Deadline for orders Sunday, November 18 th 11: 59 pm (NO exceptions). Ø Orders should arrive by December 4 th ØThe Nike Men's Team Elite Stripe Pant is the option that matches the RHS 2018 Team jacket. It's optional.

GAME TRANSPORTATION • District will not provide transportation to varsity contests at Woodinville, Inglemoor North Creek, Skyline, Bothell. • District will not provide transportation to JV contests at Sammamish Holiday Tourney or Bothell. • District will provide transportation to JV contest at North Creek, Inglemoor, Skyline but NO RETURN BUS. • District will not provide transportation to C Team contests to Sammamish Holiday Tourney or Bothell. • District will provide transportation to C contests at North Creek, Inglemoor, Skyline and Woodinville but NO RETURN BUS.

TEAM BUILDING DAY • • ALL DAY SATURDAY NOVEMBER 18 th Team practice 9 -11 am Go home to shower, eat lunch Escape Room Activity in Redmond 1: 30 – 3: 45 pm provided by Boosters • Address is: 8250 165 th AVE NE, Redmond, WA #208 • Coach Rubin will assign 2 groups. First group (older players) go 1: 30 -2: 30 pm then drive to RHS to begin team meetings. Second group (younger players) needs to arrive at 2: 30 pm to go 2: 45 -3: 45 pm. Sign Ups for parents to help shuttle this group back to RHS at 3: 45 pm • 3: 45 – 6 pm At RHS for Team Meetings • 5: 30 pm Dinner at RHS provided by Boosters • 6: 00 pm – Leave for Arena Sports in Bothell • Address is: 13500 Bothell Everett Hwy, Mill Creek, WA 98012 • Sign ups for Parent Shuttles for players not driving/carpooling • 6: 30 – 9 pm Arena Sports in Bothell for Bowling, Laser Tag, Video Games • Players to bring any spending cash to purchase snacks/food. All Arena Sports activities cost covered by Boosters. • Sign ups for Parent Shuttles HOME for players not driving/carpooling. • 9: 30 pm – Shuttles/car pools meet parents at RHS
