I especially enjoyed the opening keynote speaker - he is outstanding. The facilities were excellent, the food was wonderful, parking was a breeze. I think lunch felt a bit rushed because of the additional presentation by Liz though that was really important. Thank you to the conference committee for all the work you put into arranging this event. www. aacte. org

Conclusions: More work to be done! • Is it possible to locate a teacher ed program, district and community where they are considering larger systematic issues? I would really appreciate a session or keynote or half day on what this looks like and how they started it. • segregation in NJ schools; school reform; how to fix a broken education system (not at the TP level, but at the state/district level) - ie, inappropriate • Continue the recruitment and retention conversation • More action items regarding the collaboration between institutions. www. aacte. org
