Game 1 A great warm-up to do: Suitable for all grades! Teacher says (Simon says)

Do some songs ABC alphabet Song * Bring your own musical instrument Head, shoulders, knees and toes - Good way to kick out some sleepy bugs! Songs from your textbooks!

Listen and Move! Kids will need to listen do T’s order and do the motion T said such as jump, sing, dance, kick, hit, smile, shake your bum and so on.

Game 2 Drawing - Pictionary: Ask assigned kids to draw sth on the board with limited time - For lower graders, they can draw what they learned from the class or it can be their wrapup

Game 3 Hangman - Review vocab. Kids learned - Practice with phonics • If time allows, it’ a good way to start this game with teaching new words!

Game 4 - Bomb / dead fish game - Star game With a range of numbers, teachers will need to pick a number in mind first, once kids pick up a number and teacher will need to write the range on the board. For the bomb/dead fish game, who guesses the picked number, lose, vice versa.

Game 5 “How Lucky Are You” games - Draw a 4*4/5*5 grid on the board a smiley face +100/ a heart +300 a sad face -100 / a skull -300 fist = paper/ scissors/ stone winner +50/ loser-50

Throwing games • Get a few containers with different points!

Game 10 • Race car game Draw a track for the race car. You need nothing but two markers. It’s quite easy but challenging to play! Kids love it! Transportation/ Animals etc…

Game 11 Max and Jessica’s chair game • Ask 2 volunteers from each team. T places different flashcards or sentences on the stools or leave them around the classroom. T will say a word or sentence, and kids will need to try to get the card for the T. The faster one gets the point! ------------------------------- • Paste the sentences around the classroom and every kid will need to answer the question from their little piece of paper! (For higher learners)

Game 12 Corner game: A way to review sentence pattern and the words Every kid will need to involve in this game. Find some space and choose a smarter kid or volunteer to stand in the middle of the circle. There will be 4 corners pasting with one flashcard. “The ghost, kid in the middle” will need to be blindfolded. T will ask a question, and the ghost will need to answer it but before that the rest of the kids will have 5 seconds to stand in front of the flashcard they want. Kids who stand in the card related to the ghost’s answer will “die”. See who can make it to the last is the winner!

Game 14 Games with music/ songs Jenny’s tower game Kids can sing together or play some music! Musical chair: Walk around the classroom and sing! • Ts need to be more aware while playing this game. Passing Pass sth one by one and pause the music!

Game 15 • Monica’s SEAWEED game Great game to help kids memorize the sound of new words! Ex: Do homework/ Go to school/ Brush teeth / Wash face

Game 16 • Poker card game Portable, useful and easy to play! - Guess about colors: Red/ Black - Guess about higher or lower than 7

OTHERS Matching game Use U shaped folders! Stick and tag the animal’s tail Need to teach kids how to say direction first such as go up/ down/ to the right/ to the left Mushroom game Catch me if you can Need a ghost, hide a card, and use the pattern! Bingo Good to review phonics / vocab.
