TEAM Livia Gervasoni, Partner Key figure in KIK, an Italian Market Research Institute based in Bergamo but with a international breath. She followed a multifaceted path in her education and profession, that allowed her to learn how to deal with many different situations, gain strategic communication skills and to further develop her problem-solving capabilities. She started working for various Market Research Institutions, primarily handling the growth of national and international networks, running operational and strategic duties related to the research field, coordinating transnational projects and producing reports in English, as well as in Italian. Livia is member of Esomar, MSPA and QRCA- International Trade associations. Alba Fierro, Research & Consumer Insight Manager With an Economy Degree and 4 years of experience in the Consumer Research Department at S. C. Johnson & Son, multinational producer of consumer goods, Alba was directly involved by the institutions (Nielsen, Ipsos, TNS, GFK) to carry out both Qualitative (Focus Group, In-home Interview, IDI, TDI) and Quantitative research work (concept, product and ADV tests).
