Provost and Deans - Faculty Boards (FBs) -Departmental/Unit Boards (DBs/UBs) (1)UMC – It Consist of: The Vice-Chancellor (Chairman) Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Member) Registrar (Secretary/Member) Bursar (Member) University Librarian (Member)

Implement Senate Decisions b. Make Academic Recommendations to Senate c. Approve results for presentation at senate.
CONTD. In the Performance of the above functions the Faculty Boards are supported by Committees Such as: Faculty Mgt. Committee, Time table Committee, Faculty Examination Misconduct Committee etc.
