State Term Contracts (STC) q State Term Contracts (STC) are contracts between the Division of State Purchasing (State of Florida) and vendors for state agencies and other eligible users (OEUs), leveraging the state’s collective spend to obtain lower costs q STC usage is mandatory for state agencies, in accordance with Section 287. 056 F.
