SALES BEST PRACTICES How to sell popcorn in 2020? • Start with last year’s customers – Customer Data from 2019 sale is still in the system (IF your scouts put it in) • Go to the reports section of your leader portal • Change the date range to (08/01/2019 – 11/30/2019) – this range should get most everything • Run the “Sales Transaction Detail Report” • Sort the list by scout and send the info to each scout • This can include address, phone #, email address of customers from wagon sales • All this info should be there for online sales • Have scouts call and email for sales, follow up by sharing page via app • Encourage scouts to enter all data this year
