All applications taken prior to October 3, 2015 will be governed by the old rule and documents. New format for the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure makes it easier for the consumer to compare initial information with final terms and costs.

TRID DISCLOSURE REGIME Required for all closed-end consumer credit transactions secured by real property.
