Goals Full implementation of the JA Education Gateway is planned to occur into three phases over five years based on meeting fundraising goals: • Phase 1: Redevelop all middle and high school programs, beginning with our flagship JA Company Program®, as modular, blended-learning experiences that include classroom materials, digital activities, online seminars and competitions. • Phase 2: Introduce digital assets to complement select JA elementary school programs as funding is secured. These assets include smart board adaptation of course content, online activities and apps. • Phase 3: Develop and provide virtual volunteer opportunities and a supportive online community to facilitate training, best-practice sharing and networking. 11 JA Education Gateway
