Mentoring Program Roles Candidate / Investigator / Graduate Not simply the object of the Mentoring Program but its primary driver. The program goal is for the person to transform their lives to be more stable, self-directed, and self-sustaining. Co-Facilitators Guide the Getting Ahead process by working with a group (6 to 10) of Investigators. A class-time resource for Investigators. Mentors Coach the Candidate through the entire process. Are there to relate, affirm, and facilitate community connections. Will never do what the person is capable of doing for 7 themselves.
