INTRODUCTION “Formal education will make you a living; self education will make you a fortune. ” �A “Virtual Orientation Programme” was organized for the parents of students from class 3 rd to 5 th. �The main focus of the orientation programme was to enlighten parents about the safety measures to prevent themselves from COVID-19 corona virus pandemic.

ROLE OF PARENTS v Tips were given to parents on encouraging their children to read book. This will go on a long way in developing good communication skills and language skills. Verbal skills are as important as writing skills. v. Parents were told to nuture the creative skills of their child.

v. Parents were advised to make their children aware about the rich culture and heritage which India possess. v. With all the negativity around the world try to impart some good moral values in your child. v. Discussion on current affairs with their child.

SCHOOL INITIATIVE VISION- Today we learn, Tomorrow we lead. �Our school strongly believes learning never stops and following this we have started E-classes which are available on school website. � 75 days free subscription of Extramarks has also been provided to parents.

7) After giving all the instruction parents were allowed to ask questions and raise doubts which they had regarding anything which were all answered. The meeting ended by thanking the parents for being such a good listener and taking part actively.
