National HEP CAMP Association The National HEP/CAMP Association is a nonprofit membership organization which is comprised of 49 High School Equivalency Programs (HEP) located in 19 states across the US. The Association provides scholarships and sponsors summer internships for college students from farm-worker families. The participants will travel to Washington, D. C. to take part in a ten-week internship. Expected internship placements include congressional offices, the Office of Migrant Education, etc.

National HEP CAMP Association Expected internship placements include congressional offices, the Office of Migrant Education, and the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans. The internship program is funded by the National HEP/CAMP Association and covers housing, airfare, clothing allowance, and a stipend. The Association also provides professional development for its members, ensuring the effectiveness of HEP programs.

National HEP/CAMP Association Scholarship awards are for students who have earned an HSE (high school equivalency) through a HEP program AND who are enrolled in an institution of higher education (IHE) or other post-secondary education or training programs.
