Sherman Anti-Trust Act (1890) - Purpose: an attempt by the federal government to “REGULATE” businesses & to promote FAIR COMPETITION First legislation to attempt to limit trusts by claiming unfair trading options Result of Sherman Anti-Trust Act INEFFECTIVE!!!!!
