Dredging is scheduled – April 15 th PROPERTY AND BOATING RELATED PRIORITIES MARK THOMAS PLUS MANY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED… to guarantee a minimum of 6 feet at the lowest point of the year and a wider channel Continue gradual board walk and floating dock repairs Channel Markers will be placed and maintained Neptune’s Light on the break wall for night safety will be running next season Weed Control – before they hit the surface in July Pump out maintenance (back up Pump) Water Movers Needed in dead corners – garbage removal Documentation of Standard Operations – Opening / Closing / Pumpout Maintenance & Operation etc.

Do nothing… 2. Partner with Marz for full clubhouse and parking 3. Invest in the washrooms and pool at park – adding amenities 4. Rebuild & Upgrade quality of our existing portable – make a permanent roof on patio (3 & 4 are may BOTH be possible with cash in bank PLUS fundraising)
