How can parents support? ► Support by attending and cheering positively at contests ► Make sure registration and physicals are up to date ► Track grades ► Keep lines of communication open with coach when appropriate ► Wear a mask and maintain social distancing at events ► Monitor for COVID symptoms and report when symptoms are present. Do not send a student athlete to practice with any symptoms.

Ciac/School regulations ► Attendance during school is mandatory in order to play/practice. Students must

Ciac/School regulations ► Attendance during school is mandatory in order to play/practice. Students must be present for a minimum of half the school day. Any student who has in school or out of school suspension is not allowed to participate until they have returned to school. Students must be physical present on days they are supposed to be in school. Choosing to be virtual is not an option for student athletes. ► 10 day practice rule- All student athletes must have 10 practices prior to their first contest.
