License Types • Node-locked – Tied to a single computer (Flex. LM) • Floating – Can float among users, it needs a license server (Flex. LM) • HASP – Uses physical dongle and key code • Same price as Floating license type. • 32 -bit Windows only • If Lost Use the ITTVIS form! • All of our licenses are perpetual. Pricing • Distributor buys at a discount off purchase price list, as outlined in the distributor contract, and resales based on the recommended end user price list (accounting for taxes, commission, etc. ) • This applies to both new licenses and maintenance renewals, commercial and educational prices. • For large sales (10 license or more) we can discuss special pricing, if necessary. Any such case must be approved by ITT VIS before quoting the end user. • Windows, Linux, Mac = same price. • UNIX = more expensive for core products. Modules have price parity. Supported Platforms ENVI Rigorous Ortho Module is not supported on MAC OS X 10. 4 • For customers with other UNIX types (SGI, IBM, etc. ) we have older versions of ENVI available. Visual Information Solutions

Maintenance • First year of maintenance included with initial license fee. It applies to all licenses and can not be separated. • After 12 months, customer has the option to renew this maintenance service. • Maintenance includes all new versions of the software as well as technical support. • A license for which maintenance has not been renewed for more than 3 years; needs to be handled with ITT VIS on a case by case basis. • Maintenance pricing is approx. 20% of then current license fee. Academic Pricing • Minimum purchase is a 10 -seat Minilab license. (Individual academic licenses are available on special request as well as pricing for replacement of existing ERDAS HEAK licenses. ) • Customer can choose type of license, between node locked and floating, or HASP depending on his/her needs. • Any operating system. • We must be extremely strict at qualifying academic pricing beneficiaries: • To qualify for academic pricing, licenses must be purchased and used at the named institution and reside on computers owned and operated by the institution on its campus. Organizations that do not grant undergraduate degrees, such as university-affiliated hospitals, national laboratories, and government funded research organizations, are not eligible for the academic discount program. • Basically, it is for UNIVERSITIES. University-affiliated research centers do not qualify, even if they are located at a university campus. Contact your ITT VIS representative if you need help making this call. Stock of Materials • Every distributor will maintain its own stock of materials (CDs, DVDs, manuals, dongles, etc. ) Order form is available on the Distribuor Information Portal • Distributor is to produce own marketing materials, such a brochures etc. ITT VIS will make available the design files in order to facilitate the process of the production of distributor’s own materials. NOTE: - Orders for ‘Stock Material’ are to be placed directly with our ITT VIS Boulder office! (not with our subsidiary offices) - All other orders are to be placed with our office in Italy. Technical Support • Distributor is responsible for supporting all customers located in the terrritory. • ITT VIS will not answer technical questions directly to customers located in a country where we have a distributor. • ITT VIS will answer all the questions received from a distributor with top priority. • support@ittvis. com - Send your technical questions in English. Evaluation License request Procedure • Distributor completes the “End User Registration form”, prints, signs, scans it and sends the form to ITTVIS by email. • ITT VIS will then send the evaluation license key to the distributor further delivery to the end user. • Important: Full company address details as well as End Users contact’s First and Family names and email address are needed. To avoid time delays an institutional email address is required. Visual Information Solutions

PO and Licensing Procedure • Distributor announces a new sale using the ITT VIS purchase order form. (End user’s full contact information as well as the quantity and type of licenses etc. ). ITT VIS creates a new customer record, assigns a new license number(s) and issue the license key. • ITT VIS will then send the license key to the distributor further delivery to the end user. Internal Licenses for Distributor • ITT VIS will provide, at no charge, temporary licenses until the end of the year for all computers used internally by a Distributor for demonstration, support, and teaching purposes. Visual Information Solutions

SARscape Sales Process • ITT VIS has entered into a ‘global’ distributor agreement for SARscape with sarmap. Exclusive where ITT VIS does direct sales and many other countries where ITTVIS sells through a distributor; non-exclusive in some other territories, mainly Africa. • Typically the SARscape products are not automatically included as part of the product line which the distributor can sell. • SARscape needs an ENVI license to run. • Distributor announces a new sale, providing end user’s full contact information as well as the quantity and type of licenses. ITT VIS will post a request for exclusivity for this prospect with sarmap, if the sales prospect is located in a non-exclusive territory. • For each successful concluded SARscape sale, which was found by a channel partner a mutually agreeable commission needs to be worked out between ITTVIS and the channel partner.
