Gill University Health Centre (MUHC) standards & recognized usefulness of adapted version – Recognized need for interprofessional collaboration

PEN’S OBJECTIVES 1. To develop guidelines for the preparation of patient education materials to

PEN’S OBJECTIVES 1. To develop guidelines for the preparation of patient education materials to meet the specific needs of the JGH. These guidelines will be made into a Handbook that can be accessed by all JGH staff online. 2. a) To assess the current status of patient education materials at the JGH. b) To create a centralized patient education materials database. 3. To act as a resource in the preparation of patient education materials at the JGH. 4. To promote the JGH Patient and Family Resource Centre and increase awareness of the PEN Working Group’s activities as described above.
