Kenston Athletic Boosters REID GUARNIERI INTRODUCTION -Funding cycle starts with the district budget; internal requests and needs determined and coordinated by the AD and principal -Our ability to fund large projects and extra accoutrements is affected dramatically by annual gate receipts -To the best of our ability we provide all necessities and items that stay with the program -Any shortfalls create pockets of opportunity for booster giving not only for luxuries but also for items of necessity and large capital projects (e. g. team meals, travel apparel, accessories, senior gifts all the way up to massive facility needs – equipment, scoreboard, turf, weight room)
