Progress Monitoring: Part 1, Setting Up Progress Monitor Schedules
Login to AIMSweb. com now using 18524 as your customer I. D. #
Click on the Progress Monitor Tab. Click on the Manage Students button.
You can search for students by name or grade. Click Search after entering your search criteria.
Find the student(s) that need a progress monitoring schedule. Click the BOX beside their name. Click Add PM
After clicking Add PM, the Schedule Wizard will popup. Click OK.
On this screen, you need to check the Measure that will be used during the progress monitoring. You can click more than one if a student will use more than one. Click Next
Click Save After clicking NEXT, this is the screen that will appear. Now you are ready to set up your schedule. On this screen, you will set the end date, how often the student will be monitored and which day.
After clicking SAVE, this screen will appear. Now we have to enter our goal. You will do this individually for every student in your list. Click Enter.
When entering Initial Corrects and Errors, use the data from Universal Screening. Use the AIMSweb National Norms Table to set your Goal Corrects and Goal Errors. Click Save.
Goal Corrects = Spring 25 th % Goal Errors = (Goal Corrects x 0. 05)
Once you have set all goals, this screen will appear. When you are ready to assess, Click ASSESS Today.
If you have multiple students… To see all of your students with R-CBM progress monitoring, Click Showing You can also manual input data by clicking the pencil.

Creating reports after data has been entered. Click box next to student(s) you wish to view. Click View Selected
Before printing, always click PDF or reports will not format correctly. Trend Line: Projected Student Growth Red is Corrects Green is Errors Aimline: Goal set for student.
Progress Monitoring: Part 2, Documenting a Change to an Intervention
Documentation in AIMSweb allows you to document anecdotal intervention information AIMSweb integrates changes in interventions into progress monitoring reports (the “vertical line”)
What to Record New Intervention Change in Intervention Name of the intervention or program (Story. Town, LLI, Earobics, etc. ) State what changed: The program The number of days per week The number of minutes per session The group size Number of days per week Number of minutes per session Group Size
Select “Progress Monitor” to view Schedules
In the “Next Score” Column, Click the Date
From the first drop down box, select “All Weeks”. . . then “go. ”
Locate the ‘G’ nearest to the current date. Today’s date
Enter new intervention information, maintaining uniform goal/error information The Chart Label will describe the change: Begin (new program), Increase Days, Change Group Size, etc. In the Full Description box, enter all of the relevant information: Name of the intervention, number of days, length of session, size of group, who is leading group.
To view the updated intervention information, select the student’s progress report box and click “View Selected. ”
