Unit 4 Equivalent Ratios • Definition: Two ratios who have the same value when simplified. Model:

Unit 4 Multiplicative Relationships • Definition: When two values are related as one a multiple of the other. Model: 3 x 4 = 12 3 x 5 = 15

Unit 4 Part to Whole • Definition: This describes a relationship where a subset is compared to the entire set. Model: 1/3 = one piece out of 3 total pieces.

Unit 4 Part to Part • Definition: A comparison of two different amounts in a set of data. Model: I ate 2 peices and Jake at 3 pieces of the pizza.

Unit 4 Percent Definition: Percent means parts per 100 Model: 25% means 25 per 100 (25% of this box is green)
