Who We are The (OPC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit agency that operates the only statewide federally funded Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) in Oklahoma. We are funded in part under the Parent Training and Information Centers Grant Competition (CFDA 64. 3) and the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE). The current project began October 1, 2014.
