v You love answering customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims,

v You love answering customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and reports problem areas v You like to research and communicate account discrepancies with customers and provide accurate information for customer requests on their accounts v v Provide customer service or technical assistance to inbound callers while learning more about the customer’s needs to cross or upsell products and services Responsible for overseeing accounting functions pertaining to the payment of debts or the collection of revenues from customers

v You possess working knowledge of triage life cycle processes, experience with Windows Systems

v You possess working knowledge of triage life cycle processes, experience with Windows Systems Administration and Linux Systems Administration v You have an understanding of programming concepts (Python), working knowledge of security operations tools (such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, NIDS, HIDS, Sys Logs) v Own and manage tickets through resolution (may include incident management activities, root cause analysis, escalation, notification, and communication to affected parties) v Analyze network and host-based security logs & identify and reduce the impact of security incidents

v You love to analyze problems and solve issues v You enjoy learning new

v You love to analyze problems and solve issues v You enjoy learning new technologies and improving processes v Collaborating with others while working on design system components v You need to fix a bug with existing code. You start by looking through certain portions of existing code and writing out what those portions of code do. You identify what is going wrong, then look through the existing code to find the problem and fix it

Desk, a software your team uses to track technical issues. You have three issue tickets assigned to you and you walk through each case, calling the user to identify the problem and trying various solutions.
