Engagement Area Deadlines • Activities: – Must be begun prior to Engagement Area reflection’s deadline. • Reflections: – Must be submitted by the deadline but you may have until the end of the semester to finish your activity. • EXCEPTION: SERVICE & GLOBAL PATHWAYS

Deadline Exceptions • If Service is reflected on as one of first two Engagement

Deadline Exceptions • If Service is reflected on as one of first two Engagement Areas: – ALL 200 hours need to be completed and submitted to the online Serv. Script system by the reflection deadline. • If Service is reflected on as the last Engagement Area: – 100 HOURS need to be completed and submitted to the online Serv. Script system by the reflection deadline. – The remaining 100 hours (200 hours total) need to be finished by the end of the semester.

Deadline Exceptions • If completing the Global Pathways Certificate (GPC) through the International Engagement Area as one of first two reflections: – You must meet the GPC deadlines for the same semester you submit your reflection, NOT for your graduation semester. Your first two reflections will always be due one semester prior to graduation. – Example: Fall 2015 graduates completing GPC and hoping to submit the International Engagement Area as one of the first two reflections must follow Spring/Summer 2015 deadlines for the GPC program.
