Conclusion • Preparing takes time and effort but the effects of not preparing can’t be replaced. • Take your time, ask questions and don’t be afraid to ask for help. • A great plan that is put on a shelf, serves no one. • You have to practice, practice. That includes staff first, then kids and parents. • Review the plan and make changes. This should be a living document.
