Before and During a Planned Event Pre-Planning for the 2017 National Scout Jamboree started in the fall of 2016. Joint Interagency Task Force Meeting (JIATF) also started during the fall of 2016 and exercised monthly. Combined Interagency Operations Center (CIOC) partnered with the West Virginia Fusion Center and other state agencies to share information on Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN).
