SHIP: efficient shipping of precious radioisotopes 1. Outreach to explain the usefulness to potential pilots: Members of different PRISMAS-MAP facilities will be solicited to give such presentations at their close-by aeroclubs or to invite members of aero-clubs to visit their facility and give the presentation there. 2. Formal training of involved persons how to handle radioactive parcels will be organized (probably subcontracting to professional certified trainers required) 3. Setup of a web-based logistics software where interested pilots give their availability 4. Demo transports from airports close to CERN, ARRONAX, ILL, PSI and SCK-CEN to users 5. Development of a sustainable business case for such transports, comparison of reduced activity losses with costs of different transport modalities
