Issues & Concern - The 24 -Hour rule ■ Parent will contact the Vice President when there is an issue or concern – The issue will be documented ■ Vice President will discuss with the coach – Document the consensus/recommendation ■ Vice President, the coach or the coach’s representative, as directed by the coach, will respond to the parent ■ If the parent feels the issue of concern remains and has not been appropriately addressed, the parent may schedule a meeting/phone call with the President and/or the ELC Directors.

Fundraising Responsibilities 1) Team Sponsorship – Due Feb. 23 (Buyout $150) Each player must secure a minimum of ONE corporate/business sponsor (min. $100) for the club. Contracts are available at the parent meetings and on the website. Sponsors may choose from packages ranging from $200 -$500 or individual items for Trivia Night and the End of Season Book ranging from $50 -$400. The sponsorship donation must total a minimum of $100 or the buyout fee will be charged. This is our primary opportunity to earn funds for the season. We encourage players to sign on as many sponsors as possible. After $100 is earned from signed sponsors – each player receives a $50 credit to their account for each add’l sponsor (or $25 for business card sale in end of year program)

If you do NOT, a $150 buyout fee will be assessed. Everyone must place all orders online. If you sell items with the paper brochure, collect a check made out to YOU and then place that order online for the customer. You will have to pay via credit card or Pay. Pal! Place orders online www. lax. andoropizza. com Pick up is tentatively scheduled for Nov. 20 from 6 -7 p. m. at the front of the EHS parking lot (closest to 109). If you can’t be there, make arrangements to have someone pick the order up for you. For any items sold ABOVE 25 items — the PROFIT (45%) from those sales will go to player individual fees.

Those tickets MUST go to people who are actually attending the event. Tickets are $40 per player and tables seat 10. You are welcome to bring in any food that you would like to the event. There is an open bar with beer, wine, liquor, soda, coffee and tea from 6: 30 -10: 30 p. m. Reserve seats soon! Only 20 tables are available!
