PBBA Mission Statement The Prairie Basketball Association is a competitive boy’s and girls basketball program intended for athletes interested in further developing their basketball skills through additional practices, skill sessions and participation in area basketball leagues and tournaments q Enhance basketball knowledge q Player skills development q Instill team concept q Provide opportunity to play competitive league or rec league q Not necessarily intended to play at elite level q Program can co-exist with elite opportunities q Prairie kids playing basketball with Prairie kids To build, support and sustain a competitive basketball program at Prairie High School through the development of all youth players and the support of parents.

2017 -2018 Preview-Key Dates • Team Registration-Will open 9/18/17 • Skills Development/Open Gym Schedule www. prairiebasketball. com – Skills-2 x’s per month Oct-Jan – 1 X/month-Jan-March – Open Gym Every Sunday 6: 00 -7: 30 starting October 22 nd – February 25 th – Exclusively for PPBA and Rec League Members • Sponsorships/Fundraising-Completed by Oct 14 th – Shooting Shirts – Poster – Potential Scholarship Fund • Uniform Try On/Order-9/24 location TBD • Shooting Clinic-Nov 4 th 9 AM-11 AM at Point ($10 for PPBA members-$15 non-PBBA) • Pictures- November 12 th • Scrimmages During Varsity HS Games • Shootout Tournament-February 17 (3 rd-5 th), February 18 (6 th-8 th) -No Charge for all PBBA Teams
