Click on Schools Tab then High School Course Catalog Follow the directions on the Campus Online Registration Instructions Sheet Return the forms to your Middle School Counselor by 3/20 v

Online Course Selection Instructions • • • • • • The online course registration window will be open from March 8 – March 19 th. Log in to the Infinite Campus Student/Parent Portal URL https: //campus. srvusd. net/campus/portal/san. Ramon. jsp User name = District Login user name (ex. cw. csmith) Password = ID# with student ID (ex. ID#000000) Click Log in. This will bring you to the main portal page. Your first visit to the Campus Portal, you will be prompted to change your password. Important - Please make sure you record your password for future use. On the left hand side of the screen, under student name, click “Registration: 17 -18”. Click “Course Search ” at the top next to 17 -18 San Ramon Valley High School. “Search by ” will appear, Click the “Go” button and a list of courses will appear or type in course name to narrow the list. The course will appear on the right side of the screen, if this is the correct course, click on it. The course will then appear on the bottom of the screen followed by 2 boxes “Request this Course” and “Request as an Alternate” select one. Repeat number 4 -6 for each class choice. Selections must match your Course Request Form. For semester courses pick 2 courses to complete the year, (“z” in the course code denotes spring semester. ) If you do not want 7 classes select - Unscheduled “A” Fall and Unscheduled “A” Spring. If you do want a 7 th class go to repeat the “Search” and “Request this Course”. Please select two alternate courses in the event your first requests are unavailable. Upon selection each course should appear in the list on the left of the screen under the appropriate category: Requested Courses OR Alternate Courses. After each course selection you need to click on “Course Search” and resume the process to select each course. If a course requires an election, you must select a different course at this time. You will be placed in the course after elections/additions have occurred. Your selections will automatically save as you go through the steps listed above. If at any time during the scheduling window, you decide to make a change, click on the course in your list that you want to change. “Drop This Request” will appear, click on “Drop This Request”. The course will be removed from your list, you may leave your list as is or return to the “Course Search” and make a new selection. You may print a copy of the course selection for your records, you do not need to turn it in with your Course Selection Sheet. Sign out of the portal when your registration is complete. Don’t forget to turn in your yellow form to your Middle School Counselor by 3/13/17
