WELCOME TO OUR WEDNESDAY EVENING SERVICE. This Power. Point presentation will give you all you need to celebrate at home this service. If we remain in Christ and his words remain in us: All we can ask whatever we wish and it will be done for us.

Blessed be God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit: All Blessed be God for ever!

That this evening may be holy, good and peaceful, let us pray with one heart and mind.

All As our evening prayer rises before you, O God, so may your mercy come down upon us, to cleanse our hearts and set us free to sing your praise, now and for ever. Amen.

PSALM (Good News Version) Psalm 33 part 2

10 The LORD frustrates the purposes of the nations; he keeps them from carrying out their plans. 11 But his plans endure forever; his purposes last eternally. 12 Happy is the nation whose God is the LORD; happy are the people he has chosen for his own!

13 The LORD looks down from heaven and sees all of us humans. 14 From where he rules, he looks down on all who live on earth.

15 He forms all their thoughts and knows everything they do. 16 A king does not win because of his powerful army; a soldier does not triumph because of his strength.

17 War horses are useless for victory; their great strength cannot save. 18 The LORD watches over those who obey him, those who trust in his constant love

19 He saves them from death; he keeps them alive in times of famine. 20 We put our hope in the LORD; he is our protector and our help.

21 We are glad because of him; we trust in his holy name. 22 May your constant love be with us, LORD, as we put our hope in you.

Glory to the Father, by the Son, in the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and shall be for ever. Amen. Or: Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and shall be for ever. Amen.

Feed your people, Lord, with your holy Word and free us from the emptiness of our wrongful desires, that we may sing the new song of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

All Lord God, you open to us the Scriptures in your Church, and you make yourself known through them. Abide with us, we pray, that, blessed by your royal presence, we may walk with you all the days of our life, and at its end adore you in your glory, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen.
