Project Management structure The Project Coordinator The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring the project meeting its objectives on time and within the budget Tasks and responsibilities: § Liaison to EU and Euro. Peer partners, overall Project coordination § Monitoring the work packages to ensure that outcomes and deliverables comply with state-of-the art requirements § Annual and final reporting to the EU Commission in cooperation with the project management and the work package leaders § Chairing the Steering Committee and reporting to it § Preparing, agreeing and managing the budget (in coordination with the project management)

PEER and support the project coordination Tasks and responsibilities: § Secretariat for the Project Co-ordinator and the Steering Committee § Ensuring that work packages and deliverables are achieved on time § Organising project meetings and conferences with the regional partners § Controlling the travel budget of the project § Elaborating annual and final reports (in cooperation with the Project Coordinator and the work package leaders)

PEER‘s partners in Project coordination Tasks and responsibilities: § Review the project’s progress according to the operation plan § Suggest any necessary changes in project implementation to Euro. PEER’s management § Optimise the dissemination of project outcomes and thus thee project’s impact on innovation policies § Regular SC meetings at the eve of each JPM (= 5 ordinary SC sessions during the overall Euro. PEER implementation phase) to discuss financial, technical and administrative issues

PEER’s implementation and the quality of outcomes § Reviewing the annual and final reports to the European Commission § Adding external expertise to the five (5) regional workshops scheduled during the peer review process (depending on demand!) § Providing suitable solutions to improve Euro. PEER’s implementation and the quality of outcomes § Participating in Euro. PEER’s kick-off session and the final conference
