SCHEDULE NOTES Day We will be running a 4 day cycle- A, B, C, D. Students will be assigned into the A/C group or the B/D group for Hybrid instruction. They will report to school on their designated days which is every other day. Wednesday, September 9 = A Day Thursday, September 10 = B Day Friday, September 11 = C Day Monday, September 14 = D Day Tuesday, September 15 = A Day (keep on following pattern) Period We have 8 periods. Students may have more than one class listed in a period if they have alternating classes. Term 1, 2, 3, 4 = All year 1, 2 = First Half (Semester) of the Year (September-January) 3, 4 = Second half (Semester) of the year (January -June) Room Assigned classroom for that specific class. First Days of School Bus Stop • • • Be there by 7: 30 for the first few days Route numbers and bus stops will be on the parent portal Write down your bus route number, you will need it at dismissal Homeroom is your Period 1 Class • • • Staff members will be in the halls to help you find your rooms Be sure to bring home important paperwork for your parents/guardians In homeroom you will receive your locker information… Classes Periods 1 -8 • • Listen for class expectations and needed materials Be sure to get your google classroom information from your teacher You can carry your belongings in your backpack Bring home any paperwork for your parents/guardians Dismissal • Report to the correct bus route number …the bus may be in a different spot than the morning • Buses line up along the curb by bus route number. Route #1 is closest to the gate and the rest go in order around the front and then side of the building.

Things to Remember COVID A/B Day Hybrid Accommodations… We are allowing backpacks to be used in school during the A/B Day Hybrid Instructional model due to the need to carry all supplies throughout the day and to assist with the reduction of the number of students in the hallways. We will return to the string bag only protocol when we return to the standard instructional model with all students present every day. Students will be assigned a locker which can be accessed before period 1 and after period 7. Students will be issued and I. D. ’s and will be required to wear them Locker Tips… Do not share combinations! Be sure to let the AP office know about locker issues Personal Electronic Devices Are Not Permitted in School This includes cell phones, gaming devices, etc. Phones are available for student use for Emergencies No Hats/Head Covers are to be worn within the building

Medical Verifications COVID Hybrid Schedule Ø The health screening form must be completed each day that your child is in school prior to 8: 00 AM. Entering Grade 6 Ø 1. TDAP Ø 2. Varicella Ø 3. The last polio vaccination after your child turned 4 years old. Paperwork from Doctor’s Office needs to be provided to Ms. Semler or Ms. Guardino (Sagamore Nurses) prior to the first day of school. The main office can accept paperwork if they are unavailable. Ø Notices have been sent. New York State Law: Ø If not in compliance you can not attend school!

Having a hard time academically or socially… Who do I turn to for help? • Talk to your parents/guardians …. tell them about your day • Review your google sites, homework and class notes daily • Reach out to your teachers… Our teachers are always eager to help their students achieve success! • Reach out to your guidance counselor… Our counselors are experts and are here for you! • Request a team meeting with your child's teachers Please note that during the COVID Hybrid Schedule meetings will be conducted via a virtual platform (such as Google Meets) • Contact administration
