Business History • Started Pond Liner Installations in 2006 in recreational ponds. • Installed our first Frac Pond for Petrohawk Energy in March 2009 in the Eagle Ford Shale. • Have installed an excess of 600 pond liners during this time frame. • Currently on staff are 12 full time employees; • 6 part time employees; • Up to 30+ temporary employees.

Water Safety Installation DESCRITION OF SYSTEM Material used will be a 3/4 inch floating poly rope, tied to 3 inch eye bolt anchored in schedule 40, two inch galvanized six foot long metal posts, concreted in two foot deep holes on the top of the berms of the pond in the four comers. A galvanized metal cap is placed on top of each installed post. The ropes shall be installed on a comer to opposite comer layout. Six inch swimming pool floats shall be placed on the rope at 20 foot intervals using 24 inch cable ties. Four throw ring life buoys will be installed on a hook bolted to each of the comer posts. Finally upon completion, “no swimming” signs, and “caution hot water”(if applicable) signs shall be installed on a separate metal sign post. SCOPE The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide a complete rope and float safety system. MATERIALS High visibility ¾ inch floating poly ropes. Six foot long, schedule 40 two inch steel galvanized pipe tubes will be used for the comer and sign post, 6" swimming pool rope floats, and safety throw ring life buoys. INSTALLATION The contractor shall drill post holes at a min. depth of 2' in the comers of the top of the frac pond berms about 4 feet from water's edge of a full pond. Ropes shall then be run from comer to the opposite comer the entire length of the pond. Once ropes are installed, the floats will be installed at 20' increments. If water exist in the pond, floatation devices such as a boat or kayak may be required. Throw ring Lifebuoys (30") are then installed on hooks on each post, and an additional post shall be installed at the nearest point where ingress is established at the pond for the “no swimming“ signs.
