Ingredients: (makes 12 servings) ● 16 oz Italian Bread ● 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients: (makes 12 servings) ● 16 oz Italian Bread ● 2 Tablespoons olive oil ● 1 (16 oz. ) jar of marinated sweet roasted red peppers ● 3 cloves garlic (chopped) ● 1 tomato seeded and chopped ● 1 cup fresh basil ● 1 onion chopped (optional) ● 3 teaspoons baslamic vinegar Instructions: 1. preheat your oven’s broiler 2. Slice bread loaf into 1 -inch thick portions. Brush each slice on one side with olive oil. Broil, oil-side up, until barely golden. Remove from broiler pan and cool. 3. In a medium bowl, mix together roasted pepper, garlic, tomato, basil, and onion. Sprinkle mixture evenly on each toast portion. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Recipe makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients: ● 1(11 oz. ) can Philsbury Refrigerated Crusty French Loaf ● ¼ cup chopped green or ripe olives ● 4 slices provolone cheese, cut in half ● 6 oz. thinly sliced salami ● ½ cup roasted red bell peppers, drained, cut into small strips Directions: 1. Heat closed contact grill or panini maker 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, on cutting board, carefully unroll dough. Cut into 8 rectangles. Place 2 rectangles on grill; close grill. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from grill. Repeat with remaining rectangles. 3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon olives on each of 4 rectangles. Top each with 1 slice cheese and one-fourth each of the salami and roasted peppers. Place remaining rectangles on top. 4. Place 2 sandwiches on grill; close grill. Makes 4 servings Ingredients● 1 pint fresh strawberries ● ½ cup confectioner’s sugar ● 1 cup mascarpone cheese ● ½ cup heavy cream ● 2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur ● 18 ladyfingers ● ⅓ cup chilled expresso ● ½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder Url: http: //allrecipes. com/Recipe/Strawberry-Tiramisu-for. Spread or pipe out 1/2 of the cheese mixture over the ladyfingers, and layer with half of the sliced strawberries. 5. Repeat with the next 6 ladyfingers, espresso, remaining cheese mixture, and sliced strawberries; top with remaining 6 ladyfingers. 6. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup heavy cream with 2 tablespoons sugar; beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until just whipped, approximately 1 minute. Spread cream evenly over top layer of ladyfingers. 7. Dust cocoa over whipped cream, and garnish with 2 reserved strawberries. Pour strawberry puree onto two serving plates. Cut tiramisu in half, and place onto puree.
