Working together : JCC and Youth coaching - Joco’s and jojo’s are very close to youngsters and can be a role model - Youthcoaches have a high rate of street credibility - Youth coaches can direct youngsters to the JCC’s for leasure and workshops, leading to new skills and discovering their talents - Youth coaches can direct youngsters to an appropriate - Youth coaches can bring unemployed youngsters or drop outs in touch with the WAC Counselors in the JCC’s, or directing them to a work counselor

Ve’s and uses the Cstick as a tool of reflection and as a portfolio - The NC works together with the JOCO’s and WAC counselors sends all information about vacancies in youth coaching jobs to - The NC sends updates about education and trainings and sends this to all the youthcoaches and the WAC counselors, and the mentors of the jojo’s in schools - The NC organizes trainings and intervision for mentors - The NC works together with the Ministry of Education, Minorityworkers, Youthcounseling, …
